this looks rather odd...did that sniper in the beginning have noclip? and how could that heavy be invincible with no medic?

The server was running rtd (roll the dice). The heavy used rtd and rolled 'godmode' for 15 seconds. The server adds a sort of 'star power' effect onto it so people get the message.
And the sniper? Well, that must've been lag. The server apparently has had some connection issues for a while since the replay update came out.
Everything else though, legit.
^The sniper probably was caught on the Pyro when he basically jumped on him, and the Heavy probably just has an effect on him. Most server donators can do that. His is just... flashier than usual.
